What are the bars?
The Bars are 32 points on the head that store the electromagnetic component of thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs, and considerations as they are stored in the brain.
When activated, the Bars release the thoughts, feelings, emotions, considerations, and beliefs you have stored in any lifetime that limit you.
How do the bars work?
When the Bars on our head are gently touched, it can slow down brain waves. This allows us to access behavioral patterns, belief systems, and points of view that we've been carrying since childhood or from other lifetimes.
The brain waves shift from beta waves, which are linked with attentive mode, to alpha/theta waves, which are associated with relaxed or sleep mode.
The Bars can help to reduce stress, pain, and trauma throughout the body. They can also increase positive attitudes towards life. By releasing decisions that we've made about any area of our life that we've made solid, the Bars can dissolve judgments from within.

Typically, during an Access Bars session, you can lie on a massage table or sit in a zero-gravity chair. There is no need to remove any clothing; only the head, hands, and feet (optional) are touched. Having a blanket on hand is recommended as your body temperature may change during the session.
The session can last anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes, but introductory taster sessions can be done in as little as 20 minutes.
The Bars can be run in any environment, even a noisy one, without affecting the session's outcome. Access Bars are a widely practiced technique used by over 500,000 people in more than 100 countries worldwide.
