What is one-to-one counseling?
One-on-one counseling is a therapeutic process where a counselor or therapist meets one client at a time to provide space for exploration and expression, guidance, support, and strategies for addressing personal, emotional, psychological, or behavioral issues.
This type of counseling typically involves private sessions between the counselor and the client, where the client has the opportunity to discuss their concerns openly, explore their thoughts and feelings, set goals, and work through challenges in a confidential and supportive environment.
