ENROLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Students must submit 100% of all coursework submissions in order to pass this course. Students who do not submit assessments and do not arrange deferrals or extensions will have their training courses canceled with no course fee refund being available. 

2. If choosing to pay by the half-year, the fee must be paid on enrolment and the other half must be paid as an installment every month. Students will receive a payment plan and must maintain the agreed payment amount on time. Students who do not maintain regular course fee payments, will not be able to continue to attend classes or have coursework assessed.  

3. Course fees and part thereof are are non-refundable. Students who have paid course fees in full or in part, who are un-enrolled due to failure to submit coursework, or who have a change in circumstance or mind, and wish to discontinue their course, will forfeit their course fee.   

4. Students using half-yearly or monthly payment plans, who are un-enrolled due to failure to attend, or who have a change in circumstance or mind, and wish to discontinue their course, may still be required to honors their payment plan and payout their course fee or part thereof. This is because expenses will have been incurred in view of the student’s expected participation. Budgets will have been set in anticipation of the student’s commitment to the payment plan and because the student has committed to filling a place in the class that cannot be allocated to another student after the commencement of the course, thereby denying the college the ability to recoup the funds through any other means. We will always do our best to assist students in completing the course and may offer alternatives in some extreme circumstances to assist students in financial difficulty; however, this cannot be guaranteed in all situations. Please talk to us if you need further information or assistance.   

5. Course fees are to be paid via online bank deposit or credit card online or via PayPal and are required on enrolment.  Places cannot be held for enrolments submitted without accompanying payment  

6. Deferrals: Students who cannot participate in the course due to illness or other extenuating circumstances may be able to defer to a later course date, at the Director's discretion.   

7. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver the course due to circumstances beyond our control, the course may be put on hold and deferred to a later date which will be as soon as possible.   

8. Class cancellations: In the very unlikely event that a class needs to be deferred due to circumstances beyond our control, students will be notified via text message, email and through the colleges' Facebook page.    

9. In the event of any circumstances beyond our control that require classes to be canceled, fees will not be refunded and every effort will be made to deliver the training course via an alternative method.  

 10. Any student who uses behaviour that is offensive, upsetting, aggressive or disruptive to the class (online or in-person) may be expelled after two warnings have been issued in writing, outlining the nature of the inappropriate behaviour. If a student is expelled, no refund of any course fees already paid will be available, and no graduation certificates will be issued.   

11. While all care and due diligence are taken, please be advised that in the unlikely event that any harm or injury is caused by the practical application of any information or instruction supplied by Mind Body Space or Mind Body Education and their employees and representatives can accept no liability. The information supplied is not intended to replace medical advice.   

12. This course is not suitable for people who are currently experiencing mental health issues as some activities may cause emotional triggers.  In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are stating that you are not aware of any mental health issues and that you are not currently receiving treatment for a mental health issue   

13. Graduates will be offered registration as with the IMTTA. Practitioner registration is offered free to graduates for the first year and can be renewed at the set fee each year after the first year has expired. 

14.   Please note: This training course does not lead to government-regulated higher education awards.

HICAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS ABOVE 

HICAT course is not suitable for people who are currently experiencing mental health issues as some activities may cause emotional triggers. In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are stating that you are not aware of any mental health issues and that you are not currently receiving treatment for a mental health issue and that your condition is managed. 

USING TITLES: In India and many other countries, HICAT graduates can use the title HICAT practitioner, Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner, Creative Arts Facilitator or Creative Therapist. If you live outside of Australia or New Zealand, you may use the title Creative Arts Facilitator or Creative Therapist.  

Privacy & Confidentiality: Your privacy and safety are important to us. Any personal data/information collected by the Mind Body Space will NOT be shared with any third party for any reason, except when required by law.  

Once your enrolment form and payment have been submitted, you will receive a welcome email to help you get started on your course. Please allow up to 3 days to receive communication. Check your junk folder in case our email lands there.  

By submitting this enrolment form you agree that you have read and understood the enrolment terms and conditions and state that you accept these terms and conditions including the payment plan terms and conditions listed herewith.
